Youth Hostel in sought after Dorset village sold

Leisure and hospitality specialist Sidney Phillips is delighted to announce the sale of YHA (Youth Hostel Association) Litton Cheney, Dorset.

YHA Litton Cheney offers a 22-bed hostel in this sought-after village. The property is a rustic Dutch Barn with a mix of construction and enjoys small gardens and parking. It resides on the southern outpost of the village opposite the White Hart Public House.

The area is well known as the Jurassic Coast being a World Heritage site and noted for its outstanding coastline and countryside. The village is close to a number of tourist attractions with Abbotsbury being very close incorporating the Abbotsbury Monastery which was established by Benedictine Monks and is a major tourist attraction spreading over 25 acres and home to approximately 600 swans. It is also close to Chesil Beach being one of the best-known beaches of this stretch of the Jurassic Coast.
