Dean McVay

Dean is the Regional Valuations Manager at Sidney Phillips's North West office.

Dean started his career in property in the residential sales and letting sector in 2010, and now boasts over 16 years of experience in the property industry. Since joining the business in 2020, he has become specialised in leisure and hospitality property valuations across the North West, North Wales and Cumbria

Outside of work, Dean enjoys reading, going to the gym, running and playing football, as well as following his beloved Liverpool FC. He also enjoys spending time with his young family, including trips abroad and within the UK.
