Zaine Lamont FAVLP MBII

Zaine operates as the Regional Valuations Manager for our Eastern Counties branch.

Zaine gained his footings in property in the residential sales and letting sector before moving to specialise in leisure and hospitality sales, lettings and valuations with Sidney Phillips. He now boasts well over a decade of direct, hands-on experience.

Zaine is a Fellow of the Association of Valuers of Licensed Property, a Member of the British Institute of Innkeeping, a Member of the Institute of Leadership & Management and an Associate of the PropertyMark National Association of Commercial Estate Agents

In his spare time, Zaine enjoys staying active and is a fully qualified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor. He especially enjoys the sports of boxing and football, and is a supporter of his local team Lincoln City FC otherwise known as ‘The Imps’.
